At Family Funds, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase.

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your request is made within 30 days of purchase

  • You provide your order number and the email used at checkout

What we may ask for

To help you quickly, we may ask:

  • A short explanation of the issue (optional but helpful)

  • A screenshot if something is not working (for technical problems)

Digital product note

Our products are digital downloads. Even so, we still offer refunds within 30 days because customer trust matters to us.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@familyfunds.co with:

  • Your order number

  • The email used to purchase

  • The product name

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund processing

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method

  • Processing times vary by bank/payment provider (usually a few business days)

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If something isn’t working, contact us and we’ll help you fix it.
